Each Mir’s Nomadic Looms carpet is handcrafted, making every piece unique. Slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are natural and not considered defects.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included

• Used, damaged, or altered products

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
